Forens Privacy Policy

Forens uses information provided by NS (Dutch Railways). No rights may be derived from the information provided.

Location data is shared with the NS API only temporarily and only with the user's permission, for the purpose of displaying relevant travel information. This data is not stored.

Forens does not collect personal data and does not share information with third parties, except when necessary to manage subscriptions via our partner RevenueCat. An anonymous, random identifier is used to process purchases. This identifier cannot be used to personally identify you.

Forens itself does not store any user data. Subscription information is processed by RevenueCat in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Information provided by NS is subject to the NS Privacy Policy.
